ConnectED Enrollment Day!

Open Enrollment Day is for any youth who has questioned joining connectED. Or maybe even connectED just slightly crossed your mind as a program of interest.
We are inviting EVERYONE: youth, caseworkers, social workers, etc. meet some of our team! Have some one-on-one time with our team members as they introduce themselves and our program. And if you are a youth who is eligible, we can enroll you right then and there!
*** BONUS for in person: We will be providing morning snacks and afternoon pizza and drinks!!

- In-Person at the BCFS HHS San Antonio Transition Center (4346 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78229 (8:30am-5:30pm) OR
- Virtually Through Zoom (2:00-5:30pm)
